Access to and use of muvolution.com ('the site') both within the UK and internationally is provided by Muvolution on the following terms.

Muvolution are committed to ensuring that all content provided on the site is done so in accordance with international law and with the consent of applicable copyright owners. Muvolution will make reasonable efforts to keep the Muvolution website operational. However technical difficulties, service upgrades or other factors outside the control of Muvolution may, from time to time, result in service interruptions. Muvolution also reserves the right at any time to modify, suspend or discontinue the service, or functions of the service, either temporarily or permanently. You agree that Muvolution shall not be liable to you or any other third party for any of the direct or indirect consequences of such modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Muvolution service.
We are unable to offer any cancellations or refunds of any orders for which payment has been processed or the purchased item added to your account. All sales are final and are confirmed immediately at the point where either payment has been processed or the purchased material has been added to your account. Muvolution offer preview samples of audio material to assist you in making a decision prior to making a purchase.
