D.J. Methodist’s latest release is a cover of Robert Calvert’s The Right Stuff from his seminal 1974 album Captain Lockheed and the Starfighters. Methodist’s take is an electro tinged production that keeps the spirit of the original intact yet updated, and features the likes of Daniel Jones, Andy Pitman andMatt Densham on instrumentation and sparks.
ECHELON takes its inspiration from the USA’s “spy on the air” system of digital interception based in the UK and is an “infectious slice of electro paranoia”, featuring the talents of Matty Wilcox on bass and co-production.
Both tracks from the forthcoming album Seven Nights, out Autumn 2009.© 2007-2013 Muvolution Ltd
